Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

During peak periods (e.g. product launches, sales), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use EVRi and other reputable couriers for domestic and international deliveries.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

For Next Working Day delivery (UK only), orders must be placed before 1:00 PM GMT.
3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all UK postcodes, including Northern Ireland and the Highlands.

International shipping is available to most countries worldwide.

For international orders, duties and taxes are not included in the product or shipping price. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order size.

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, NAMCOR LTD. is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please use this to monitor your delivery status.
6. Shipping Holidays
We do not process or dispatch orders on UK public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
